Terms & Conditions 99ok — The Platform Usage Agreement You Need to Know

By registering an account, logging in, or using any service offered by 99ok through the website 99ok.phd, you hereby agree to be bound by all terms and conditions contained in this document. These terms constitute a valid and binding agreement between you as the user and 99ok as the platform operator.

If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are required to stop using the 99ok platform immediately. Continued use of the platform following any amendment to the terms will be considered your acceptance of the updated terms.

• You are not using the platform on behalf of another individual — each account represents one individual only.

Each individual is only permitted to have one account only on the 99ok platform. Owning multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in the termination of all associated accounts along with the forfeiture of all balances and bonuses.

During registration, you are required to provide truthful, accurate, and complete information — including your full name as per your ID document, an active email address, and a valid phone number. False or misleading information may affect your ability to withdraw funds.

• Keep your account password secure — 99ok is not liable for any unauthorized access resulting from user negligence.
• A KYC (Know Your Customer) process is required before your first withdrawal to verify your identity.
• Documents that may be requested during KYC include a copy of your ID, utility bill, or bank statement.
• Account details can be updated through the profile settings section — some changes may require a fresh KYC review.

While we strive to keep the platform running 24/7 with minimal disruption, scheduled maintenance or circumstances beyond our control may occasionally affect availability.

• 99ok is not liable for any losses arising from service disruptions that are beyond our reasonable control.
• We are not responsible for any taxes or duties that may be applicable to your wins under local law.
